Workplace Injuries and Complaints
Avant provides workers compensation insurance coverage for all employees. It is imperative that employees report work place injuries to their supervisor or to Human Resources immediately upon injury but not later than 24 hours after the occurrence. Avant has a toll-free number that provides assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: 1-888-681-2999 option 4.
Corporate Compliance
All complaints should be directed to your supervisor or to Human Resources. Avant does have a Corporate Compliance Program for confidential complaints. The Corporate Compliance toll-free number is 1-888-248-2228. Complaints can be made confidentially through this number. Avant values your input and encourages employee input.
