Referral Bonuses Program

It’s just three easy steps to refer a nurse:

Fill out the Referral Bonus Program form below. Ensure that you know your referred nurse’s FIRST NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS.

When the nurse applies to Avant Healthcare Professionals, they MUST include your name and email address in the Referral Information section of the application form

After your referral completes a 90-day assignment in the U.S., our Finance and Accounting Team will contact you via email to arrange your well-deserved bonus.

Referral Bonuses

  • $1500 for referring an NCLEX-passer nurse upon application*
  • $1000 for referring a nurse with a CGFNS certificate upon application*
  • $500 for referring a non-NCLEX passer*

**All bonuses are subject to taxation.

**Applications linked with an Avant Global Business Affiliate will not be eligible for the Referral Bonuses Program.
