Brenda Woodcock

Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer
United Health Services, Inc – Acute Care Division

ROI: Restoring Stability, Optimizing Care, Inspiring Excellence

Get ready for an inspiring, culture-rich, future-focused conversation at this year’s CNO Roundtable, where we are honored to welcome Brenda Woodcock, a seasoned Chief Nursing Officer with more than a decade of hands‑on experience working alongside International Nurses.

Brenda brings a perspective you won’t find anywhere else — one shaped by ten years of championing global nursing talent and witnessing firsthand how their perseverance, adaptability, and diverse perspectives elevate the entire nursing ecosystem.

Why You Don’t Want to Miss This Keynote

Brenda will take attendees on a journey through:

  • Lessons learned from a decade of leading and supporting International Nurses — the wins, the challenges, and the transformative moments.
  • How cultural diversity enriches team dynamics, morale, and the “community” of nursing culture within hospitals.
  • The true ROI of International Nursing — not just reductions in overtime and turnover costs, but the “Real Opportunity in International Nurses”: improved stability, better care outcomes, and a stronger, more connected workforce.
  • What it really takes to foster a supportive environment — including the organizational and leadership commitment required to help nurses from around the world thrive.

You’ll also hear heartwarming stories about cultural celebrations, international nursing gatherings, and the moments of connection that remind us that compassion speaks many languages.

This keynote isn’t just for leaders managing international staff — it’s for every CNO, nursing director, or healthcare executive looking to build resilient teams, elevate patient care, and harness the power of cultural diversity.

Brenda’s insights will leave you inspired, informed, and energized to shape the future of nursing within your organization.
