As Vice President of Global Marketing and Recruitment for Avant Healthcare Professionals, she leads strategies that strengthen the company’s brand, expand global recruitment reach, and accelerate the pipeline of internationally experienced healthcare professionals supporting healthcare organizations across the United States.
Known for her specialty in growth, Stephanie has helped organizations scale through strategic marketing, market development, and operationally aligned recruitment initiatives. At Avant, she has helped extend the company’s reach across five continents and shape the scalable infrastructure behind its international workforce strategy.
Her experience as an immigrant from the Philippines provides her with a unique and valuable perspective on the journey many international clinicians undertake in pursuit of opportunity in the United States. Drawing on her own experience navigating the green card process, Stephanie is passionate about building pathways and support systems that help healthcare professionals transition successfully and thrive. She has served on the Junior Achievement of Central Florida Leadership Council.
