Avant Healthcare Professionals has the healthcare staffing certification from the Joint Commission. The public may contact The Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-certified organization by calling 1.800.994.6610 or emailing [email protected]. Complaints may also be made online.

About the “Dream. Become. Inspire.” Nursing Scholarship

The “Dream. Become. Inspire.” Nursing Scholarship supports nursing students who are facing financial challenges in completing their final year of studies. In addition to covering tuition, the scholarship provides a stipend for living expenses—ensuring you can focus on your goals without financial barriers.

Final year tuition and fees scholarship (based on verified outstanding balance), plus a stipend for living and educational expenses.

This scholarship is completely independent of Avant’s recruitment program. It reflects our commitment to strengthening the nursing profession and supporting the next generation of healthcare leaders in their home countries.

Eligibility

Are enrolled in a Nursing program—Diploma or Bachelor’s level. You must begin or be actively enrolled in final year coursework in 2027.

Commit to serving as a Registered Nurse in your home country for at least one year after graduation.

Application Process: 3 Simple Steps to Apply

Create your Personal Statement Video.

  • Record a 1 – 3 minute video in English answering these questions:
    • Why do you dream of becoming a nurse?
    • What challenges have you faced in pursuing your education?
  • Upload the video to YouTube as unlisted and include the link in your Online Application.

Complete the Online Application.

  • Fill out and submit the application form.
  • In addition to your personal information, tell us about your experiences with community service and leadership, and explain how receiving this scholarship will help you achieve your personal and professional dreams.

Submit your References.

  • You will receive the Reference Form Link by email after submitting your online application.
  • Please share the Reference Form link with two (2) people who can speak to your character, leadership, or academic dedication.
  • References must submit their completed forms by the application deadline.
