Avant Healthcare Professionals Documentary “A Nurse’s Journey” Recognized in Digital Health Awards
Avant Healthcare Professionals, the premier staffing provider of internationally experienced nursing and allied health professionals, today announced it has been named among the winners of the 2023 Fall Digital Health Awards, earning a merit honor for its “A Nurse’s Journey | The Story of Reza Diama” documentary in the Digital Health Media / Publications – Video category.
In “A Nurse’s Journey | The Story of Reza Diama,” Reza Diama – a nurse from the Philippines, who became a registered nurse in the U.S. – shares the inspiring journey into realizing her American dream through working with Avant Healthcare Professionals.
The documentary, which was filmed and edited by Avant Healthcare Professionals over the span of a few months, follows Diama from when she first applied to Avant, through the interview and assessment process, to ultimately receiving her contract. As of the start of this month, Part 1 of the documentary has received more than 24,000 views on YouTube. Part 2 was released in December 2023.
