Summary of Position Role/Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will focus on nurturing international leads and converting leads into HCP customers. This role is responsible for understanding what activities increase customer generation from an existing client database and what activities would generate new leads from new markets to support the company rock and HCP recruitment efforts at Avant. The role will use inbound marketing tactics such as email and social media to add value through content, resources, and other calls-to-action. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating lead programs within HubSpot that include, but are not limited to, emails, landing pages, blogs, nurture campaigns, and forms.

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make leads successful and more likely to become customers
  • Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
  • Find new approaches to generate and nurture leads through several channels, including but not limited to, emails, social media platforms, blogging, vlogging, and other marketing tactics
  • Generate inquiries and suggest ways to increase recruitment numbers of qualified applicants
  • Screen applicants against Avant program screening criteria and requirements 
  • Create and implement new projects and creative ideas that help improve customer conversion rates
  • Write content & provide design for email campaigns, nurture flows, landing pages, and webinar campaigns
  • Plan, produce and coordinate campaign materials including, but not limited to, photo & video shoots, blog content, social media content such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Organize and launch the Avant Influencer campaign and Avant App under supervision of the Director of Global Recruitment and New Market Consultant
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies including authoring of social and email copy
  • Monitor and responds to Social Media communication from prospective clients
  • Manage data quality through segmentation, normalization, and enrichment
  • Coordinate client communications, gather customer references and testimony, and seeks out opportunities for further branding efforts
  • Develop and implements strategic-creative plans and tactics that positively and proactively promote Avant Healthcare Professionals
  • Research and survey clients, compile informative social media reports and monitor daily media, with team, for inclusion in daily report of news/trends
  • Maintain weekly project reports/summaries of Recruitment projects
  • Assist with maintaining accurate departmental database and company CRM
  • Post jobs to internal and external sites and manage postings
  • Network through applicant referrals, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and schools
  • Assist with company recruiting events
  • Run reports and prepares analysis for key stakeholders

Marginal Functions of The Job

  • Represent the Global Recruitment Department in the Social Media Committee
  • Other duties as assigned

Normal Work Schedule

This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

Education, Training, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or other similar area 
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in graphic design and media marketing preferred
  • Experience in marketing automation administration, developing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Experience A/B testing of Marketing Strategies
  • Experience in data analysis & reporting Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in conducting Marketing presentations to key stakeholders
  • Advanced experienced using Microsoft Office products

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Specific Requirements of Law

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely operates standard office equipment.
