Summary of Position Role/Responsibilities
The Marketing team is responsible for creating, optimizing, and directing internal and external marketing communication. They develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance the Avant brand and to attract potential Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Clients, and Corporate Associates.
Under the direction of the Director, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing department in executing marketing campaigns, brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing engagement for our customers. The role will compile reports, assist in creating content, and respond to external and internal vendors on marketing inquiries.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, blogs, and website
- Coordinate content for marketing materials including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and other materials
- Organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics, vendor coordination
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports to provide recommendations for optimization
- Support the team in conducting market research and relevant customer journey research to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Schedule meetings and phone calls with internal and external vendors
- Prepare reports and other administrative tasks related to marketing projects

Normal Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time outside of these hours may be needed to complete the essential functions of the job.
Education, Training, and Experience
- Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a marketing setting preferred
- CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) knowledge preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Pro/FoxIT)
Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Specific Requirements of Law
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification and ability to obtain and maintain
