Costantini Named Finalist for SMART Award

Shari Dingle Costantini, CEO of Avant Healthcare Professionals, has been named a finalist for the 2017 SMART Award, which recognizes businesses bringing value to Central Florida through outstanding accomplishments in culture, growth, business creativity and economic contribution.

Costantini founded Avant Healthcare Professionals in 2003 to serve the growing staffing needs of hospitals and healthcare facilities struggling to recruit and hire nurses during a national nursing shortage. Her company has placed more than 1,000 internationally educated nurses, physical and occupational therapists throughout the U.S., and Costantini has emerged as a leader in the health-staffing industry.

The 11th Annual SMART Award luncheon will honor 25 finalists and announce six winning growth companies in the following industry categories:

• Healthcare & Life Sciences
• Hospitality
• Technology & Simulation
• Products & Services

It is co-presented by Wells Fargo and Nperspective and will be held at the Alfond Inn on May 17.
