How to Qualify

Here’s what you’ll need to qualify for Avant Healthcare’s program:

  1. Hold a valid license for your profession (Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Medical Laboratory Scientist)
  2. If licensed and working as a Registered Nurse, we generally look for candidates who meet the following criteria:
    • Currently working in a hospital setting
    • Currently working in an acute care, inpatient specialty/unit (Medical/Surgical, ICU, HDU/Stepdown, ER, OR, etc.)
    • Currently working in a bedside role
    • Currently working at least 36 hours per week
    • Strong English communication skills
    • Highly motivated to achieve their goal of living and working in the USA

We gladly invite Registered Nurses to apply with Avant even if they have not yet passed the NCLEX or a qualified English exam.

Accept Offer

Sign your employment agreement with Avant.

Document Collection

We’ll work with you to gather all the documentation needed for our program.

Licensure & Exams

Complete required U.S. licensing exams (such as NCLEX). Don’t worry, we’re here to help!

Visa Processing

We handle the sponsorship and guide you through immigration paperwork.

Avant Transitions Program
