I decided to become a USRN so I could experience a change in working environment. I wanted to see a different work practice and experience apart from what I already had, and I am now hoping to push my career in the US even further.

I chose Avant Healthcare Professionals because my sister is an Alumni of this agency and her feedback was great. I see that Avant helps their professionals beginning from the application through immigration processes, skills and knowledge preparation, application of everything and even with driving. That makes it easier for the nurses to proceed with the transitions process smoothly.
