Avant nurses arrive in Orlando, Florida to undergo a 4-5 week Clinical and Cultural Transition Program before moving to their assigned US facility.

NO PLACEMENT FEES

Avant Healthcare Professionals covers most of the process-related expenses for Registered Nurses. There are no costs for our services when you complete your 5,200-hour contract with us.

Who Avant Can Help
