Why Become an Avant Nurse?
At Avant, we guide experienced international RNs like you through a step-by-step process to transition into a nursing career in the United States. With high demand for nurses nationwide, this is more than a job — it’s your chance to build a secure, rewarding future for you and your family.
We understand the challenges nurses face when moving to the U.S. Most nurses come to us with three big concerns: passing the NCLEX, securing visa sponsorship, and successfully relocating to the U.S.
Our program is designed to meet these needs head-on:
NCLEX-RN Review Program
We offer a comprehensive NCLEX-RN review that covers all the important topics needed to pass the NCLEX-RN exam. Our expert instructors provide guidance and support through each module, as well as conduct practice exams to help our nurses feel ready to test. We also cover the cost of the NCLEX-RN exam fees. With a 75% first-time pass rate, we’re committed to helping nurses on our program pass the exam and start a rewarding nursing
career in the United States. *
Employer-Sponsored Visa
Our experts, who have handled thousands of immigration cases, are here to assist you through the entire visa filing process. We file a few different visa types for our healthcare providers, depending on their situation. We work with you to get you here as quickly as possible, and depending on your visa sponsorship type, you might be able to bring your family
with you now or down the road.*
Transitions Program in the USA
Our five-week Clinical and Cultural Transitions Program is a comprehensive orientation designed to prepare our healthcare professionals for their nursing roles and life in the US. This immersive program begins upon arrival in Orlando, Florida, where they will receive hands-on training and cultural orientation before heading to their assigned location. This ensures they are fully equipped for success as they transition into their new role as a nurse in the US.*
Other Program Benefits
Additional benefits include Licensure Assistance, paid airfare to the U.S. and their place of assignment, support with purchasing a car and finding a home, and a personal Trip Support Specialist to accompany our healthcare professionals as they get settled in their new communities.
*There are no costs for our services if you complete your contract with us.
