Summary of Position Role/Responsibilities
The Human Resources -Clinician Services team handles employee relations, assists with payroll/benefits questions, and facilitates training for all active clinicians on assignment. This team conducts investigations in conjunction with the client facility/location if there is an incident at the worksite, and assists in pre-empting potential contract breaches.
The HR Coordinator position provides operational support and communication to the HR (Clinician Services) department and HCPs on HR related issues and inquires. This position will be the main point of contact for Paid Time Off (PTO) related inquiries for HCPs and internal departments. The HR Coordinator will also assist in general HR related administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Assist and/or administer a variety of support duties including office clerical duties; responding to HCP PTO issues; generating monthly and ad-hoc reports as required; verify employment inquiries according to established policy
- Support the HR Assistant in auditing timecards as needed
- Operate ABMS system and assist in maintaining confidential and employment-related data
- Update and maintain Social Security Numbers and green cards of HCPs into the systems as they are received
- Liaise with other departments to ensure HCPs’ start date is correct and updated into the systems
- Responsible for office clerical duties to support all HR functions
- Support the HR team on responding to HCP inquiries and time-sensitive situations with a sense of urgency
- Partner with HR team to ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to employment in all areas of HR

Normal Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time outside of these hours may be needed to complete the essential functions of the job.
Education, Training, and Experience
- High school or equivalent degree required, Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Minimum of 1 year of general HR experience or business environment preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate competency with database management and other HRIS software required
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Pro/FoxIT)
Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Specific Requirements of Law
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification and ability to obtain and maintain
