Summary of Position Role/Responsibilities
The Videographer & Graphics Production Specialist is responsible to shoot and edit video content for internal corporate use, social media, websites, and more in collaboration with the Marketing team. This role will be a visual storyteller by delivering video production, camera work, and digital design, with a strong emphasis on video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. The Videographer & Graphics Production Specialist will work with subject matter experts to create video scripts, schedule, and record videos, and edit footage for internal and external publication. This position will also research and develop creative video marketing strategies that result in successful brand awareness and growth.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Use visual storytelling skills to evaluate and implement content standards that adhere to the organization’s brand and style guidelines
- Produce, film, edit, and design digital content for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage video post-production projects and assets, including editing
- Collaborate with internal and external departments and senior leadership, to develop content, telling stories that strengthen the organization’s brand
- Create videos for publication on the company’s website
- Prepare reports and updates on video production and associated video metrics
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on short-term and long-term creative strategies
- Design graphics on Canva and/or Photoshop
- Document and provide updates on the plan, process, and progress for each video
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures on video production and design
- Ensure equipment is present and working

Normal Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time outside of these hours may be needed to complete the essential functions of the job.
Education, Training, and Experience
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Film, Marketing, Entertainment Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Minimum 2 years related experience in video production and content, editing, or design related role
- Online portfolio with video producing and editing skills preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask multiple priorities simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
- Experience using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia, and color correction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, Adobe, Foxit)
Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Specific Requirements of Law
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification and ability to obtain and maintain
