When you refer a qualified nurse to Avant Healthcare Professionals, and they successfully join our program, you'll receive a generous referral bonus as a token of our appreciation.
It's just three easy steps to refer a nurse:
- Fill out the Referral Bonus Program form below. Ensure that you know your referred nurse's FIRST NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS.
- When the nurse applies to Avant Healthcare Professionals, they MUST include your name and email address in the Referral Information section of the application form
- After your referral completes a 90-day assignment in the U.S., our Finance and Accounting Team will contact you via email to arrange your well-deserved bonus.
Referral Bonuses:
- $1500 for referring an NCLEX-passer nurse upon application*
- $1000 for referring a nurse with a CGFNS certificate upon application*
- $500 for referring a non-NCLEX passer*
