Changing Lives in Challenging Times - Hand Washing Edition

With the constant change in the world around us, we have decided to transition our Motivational Mondays to our new initiative – Changing Lives in Challenging Times! Here at Avant we change the lives of our clients, our HCPs, and the patients they serve. But, we also change the lives of each other as co-workers as well! Since many of us are working partially or mostly remote, we want to stay connected and encourage each other as we change lives during these challenging times.

So what does this look like? Every Friday you will receive an email with a new activity to try and then share with us! We will select a winner and to share with the Orlando Team. You can earn 5 HERO points for simply participating ????

For our first activity, we are focusing on hand washing! To participate, simply send in an original 10 second video or picture about handwashing! Get creative! This can be educational or comical or a mix of both! Just have fun and give it a try. Please send your submissions to employeeengagement@avanthealthcare.com by Friday, March 27^th. We will announce the winner along with the next Changing Lives in Challenging Times activity.
