Avant Healthcare Professionals Names Ada DeGuzman Vice President of Finance and Accounting

Avant Healthcare Professionals, the premier staffing provider of internationally experienced nursing and allied health professionals, announced the appointment of Ada DeGuzman to vice president of finance and accounting.

DeGuzman brings more than 20 years of experience leading extensive finance and accounting teams through organic and acquisition growth and has a proven track record in operational excellence and sustaining profitability. She is particularly known for her financial expertise in process, controls, systems, and organizational structure – skills she has honed working in healthcare staffing and in large, publicly traded companies in other industries. DeGuzman holds a Master of Business Administration from North Park University and Bachelor of Finance and Economics degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.
