This year’s conference takes place at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square and will feature an array of presenters who are experts in their fields. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore innovative approaches to workplace challenges and gain insights into factors supporting the success of today’s nurse leaders. Sessions will include topics such as innovative and effective staffing solutions; recruitment, retention and engagement strategies; leadership in a virtual world; telehealth; and an array of approaches for leading change.
