Avant Healthcare Professionals, the premier staffing provider of internationally experienced nursing and allied health professionals, announced today that it is exhibiting at this week’s Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (IONL) 2022 fall conference taking place October 19-21.
The IONL, a state organization that consists of eight districts at the local level, provides direction for the achievement of excellence in nursing leadership through core business objectives. The organization has provided leadership, professional development, advocacy, and research to advance nursing practices and patient care. Its mission to shape healthcare through innovative and expert nursing leadership has been in effect since 1974 and encompasses core values that include creativity, excellence, leadership, stewardship and integrity.
